Yes. Upon request, we will provide a copy of a current insurance certificate.
What If Something Is Broken?
Accidents happen infrequently. Our cleaners are trained to carefully move and replace personal items. Cleaners call the office immediately and take pictures of any damage. We will notify the owner as soon as we become aware.
How Do You Access My Home?
- A key can be left with the owners of Paradise Coast Cleaning. We will secure your key in a look box safely stored in our office.
- You may wait for us to arrive but realize we do give you a time frame for arrival.
- A garage code is another way to access your home. We will keep the number in your personal file.
A key is the most efficient way to access your home. This way you never have to wait and provide us quick access.
How Many people will clean my home?
Our teams vary according to our schedules and the size of the home. Usually 1-3 cleaners will arrive.
What Is The Cost Of My Cleaning?
The cost is determined according to size, content and condition of your home. When you receive the estimate please realize it may change after the home is cleaned for the first time. At that time we have a better idea of how long it will take and adjust accordingly.
What is Your Arrival Time Policy?
If you would like to wait for our team to arrive, please be aware that we give you a time frame of when we will arrive. For example, it can be 9-12 or 12-3. There are many things that can affect our cleaning schedule such as cancellations, weather, access to the community, or customers adding additional services. We will notify the customer if we will be more than 15 minutes late.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled cleaning please allow 48hr notice. This way we can schedule another customer and keep our teams working. If we do not receive a 48 hr notice or cannot access the home it is necessary for us to charge the full price for your cleaning. To make sure all of your cancellation requests are recognized please call the office directly at 239-776-7083. Please do not communicate schedule changes directly with our cleaners, as they may sometimes forget.
What Form of Payment Do You Take?
Payment is accepted in the form of a check or by credit card. All payments are due at the time of service. All returned checks will incur a fee as charged by your bank.
What are Your Safety Precautions?
We take the safety of our employees very seriously. They do not use ladders over 6′ tall and do not lift anything over 30 lbs. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator or a stove, please move them before we arrive.
