Paradise Coast Cleaning Policies:
We take the safety of our employees very seriously. They do not use ladders and do not lift anything over 30 lbs. These types of movements put our employees at risk of falling, injury or even damaging flooring. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator or a stove, please move objects before we arrive.
If you would like to wait for our team to arrive, please be aware that we give you a time frame of when we will arrive. For example, it can be 9-12 or 12-3. There are many things that can affect our cleaning schedule such as cancellations, lockouts, finishing sooner than, expected or customers adding additional services.
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled cleaning please allow 48hr notice. This way we can schedule another customer and have our teams working. If we do not receive a 48 hr notice or cannot access the home it is necessary for us to charge the full price for your cleaning. To make sure all of your cancellation requests are recognized please call the office directly. Please do not communicate through our employees as they may sometimes forget.
Payment is accepted in the form of checks or cash. All payments are due at the time of service. All returned checks will incur a fee of $25.00

Are You Insured And Bonded?
Yes we certainly are. Your home, our cleaners, and Paradise Coast Cleaning are included in our coverage. Insurance Validation Certificates are available upon request.
What If Something Is Broken?
Accidents do happen as we are human and cleaning most objects in your home. If any damage does occur, please notify our office within 24 hrs of the cleaning.
How Do You Access My Home?
- A key can be left with us the owners of Paradise Coast Cleaning. We will secure your key keeping it safe with our coding system.
- You may wait for us to arrive but realize we do give you a time frame for arrival.
- A garage code is another way to access your home. We will keep the number in your personal file.
A key is the most hassle free way of entering the home. This way you never have to wait and we always have access.
How Many people will clean my home?
Our teams vary according to our schedules and the size of the home. Usually 1-3 cleaners will arrive. When more than one cleaner arrives, the quoted time which was given at the estimate is reduced by the number of people. For example, if you are having a two hour service and two people arrive the time for cleaning will be reduced by one hour.
What Is The Cost Of My Cleaning?
The cost is determined according to size, content and condition of your home. When you receive the estimate please realize it may change after the home is cleaned for the first time. At that time we have a better idea of how long it will take and adjust accordingly.
